Happy Friyay! – We Have Some Great News for You!
<!–more–>

Yesterday MSQI and NYC Urban Debate League held its last Tournament of this school year. Many students, Parents, and coaches from all across the boroughs traveled to CUNY Law School to support these debaters in their final tournament. From SWAG gifts, to DELICIOUS food catered by Panera Bread, made yesterday a day to remember.

Topic of The Day: “All Public schools in the United States should ban Academic Tracking”

We would like to thank all of the debaters who came and showed out yesterday. This topic was not a easy but you all did a fantastic job arguing for and against it. It takes a lot of dedication, focus, and passion to debate and time after time we are blown away by the amount of drive these debaters have. We would like to give a special shout out to the schools who participated, debaters, judges and everyone who came. Also a BIG special shout out to the Middle School Quality Initiative!!!

<p style=text-align: center;”>MSQI DEBATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
<h5 style=”text-align: center;”>2018 — NY/US

Arts and Letters …..…………………..………………NY MS88 Debate Team……………………………………………..…………..…………NY

Creston Academy …..……………………..…………NY MSQI Volunteers……………………………………………………………..………….NY

George L.
