The New New Yorkers
Our ELL program in District 10 where students are able to debate according to their English-language proficiency level. We offer three divisions including entering/emerging, transitioning/expanding, and commanding, and students are challenged to read, listen, write, and think critically in English. This unique opportunity would not exist without the generous support of Council Members Pierina Sanchez, Oswald Feliz, and Eric Dinowitz.
