New York City Urban Debate League

MSQI Tournament #2 this Saturday!

Imagine a debate happening in every single one of these zoom rooms simultaneously. Does it make you as excited as us?!? We are prepped and ready for 600 middle school debaters from all over the city to go head to head this Saturday, Jan 29. Topic: Public schools should have the ability to ban books. The students will compete in three rounds of debate on both sides of this resolution. We’re so grateful to our partners at The Middle School Quality initiative and the generosity 200 volunteer judges! We believe so much in the amazing impacts of this activity, and we’re so exited for so many students to be experiencing it for the first time this Saturday.
