On February 4, we hosted our first in-person, cross-league professional learning workshop, bringing together coaches from our District, NYC Reads, and Open League programs.
After an overview of how NYCUDL programs intersect, coaches rotated through three breakout sessions: diving into new debate topics, exploring strategies for contention writing, and sharing best practices around team management and culture-building. Mixed groups encouraged cross-program connection and peer learning. Thank you, coaches, for a great day of cross-league collaboration!
